New Hampshire Great Bay Estuary Properties

For Sellers

Selling real estate in the New Hampshire Seacoast Area:

Kayaking Web.JPGBeing known as "The Broker who knows the Bays best" is both an honor and a great responsibility for me.  My company's mission is to assist our clients in achieving their individual goals and objectives while balancing those of the surrounding neighbors and environment.

I have been involved with marketing and development of New Hampshire Seacoast properties since 1990.  Today, my firm’s primary role is to educate and advise our clients, as well as assist fellow brokers with their clients, on the options available in water privileged properties so that buyers can make a fully informed decision on the property type, lifestyle and housing design which best fits their overall objectives.  By taking this consultative approach, we are able to maximize the selling prices for our listing clients and make the transaction as smooth and effortless as possible.  Based on our experience and knowledge, we are able to create “Win –Win” situations for both Buyers and Sellers through insuring that any potential obstacles are addressed.

In the redevelopment of existing homes, this process typically involves coordinating efforts between land engineers, a builder, architect, and governmental agencies, as well as assisting with financing efforts and variances if required.  We also work closely with local, state and national conservation groups and regulatory agencies to insure that the environmental aspects of each project are appropriately addressed.New Hampshire’s Coastal waters have always been a part of my life.

From romping in the mud flats to swimming off the shore, Great Bay and its seven tributary rivers have been a catalyst of many happy youthful memories spent with family and friends.  Today, new memories are being created for those of us who continue to enjoy the many sporting, social, and nature-oriented activities New Hampshire’s coastal area has to offer.  Vast conservation purchases and increasing land use restrictions have created a very limited opportunity for only a fortunate few to enjoy the magnificent sunsets and ever changing water views, brisk walks along the shore, incredible birding, kayaking, sport fishing, sailing and motor boating, or the ability to simply relax in the serene and peaceful environment of someone’s own home.  Our marketing efforts concentrate on delivering these themes to the public in an effort to find highly qualified buyers.

We feel very fortunate to represent an area that we believe provides the most value of any location in the Northeastern United States.  It would be a privilege for me to assist you in the sale of this fine water-privileged property.
