New Hampshire Great Bay Estuary Properties

For Buyers

Buying water privileged real estate in the New Hampshire Seacoast Area:

bay water view-blue-banner.JPGBeing known as “The Broker who knows the Bays best” is both an honor and a great responsibility for me.  My company’s mission is to assist our clients in achieving their individual goals and objectives while balancing those of the surrounding neighbors and environment.

New Hampshire’s Coastal waters have always been a part of my life.  From romping in the mud flats to swimming off the shore, Great Bay and its seven tributary rivers have been a catalyst of many happy youthful memories spent with family and friends.  Today, new memories are being created for those of us who continue to enjoy the many sporting, social, and nature-oriented activities New Hampshire’s coastal area has to offer.  Vast conservation purchases and increasing land use restrictions have created a very limited opportunity for only a fortunate few to enjoy the magnificent sunsets and ever changing water views, brisk walks along the shore, incredible birding, kayaking, sport fishing, sailing and motor boating, or the ability to simply relax in the serene and peaceful environment of your own home.

I have been involved with marketing and development of New Hampshire Seacoast properties since 1990.  At that time, I spent countless hours helping to develop and create a variety of housing alternatives to fit the different needs of the customers and clients whom I was seeking to work with.  Today, my firm’s primary role is to educate and advise our clients, as well as assist fellow brokers with their clients, on the options available in water privileged properties so that buyers can make a fully informed decision on the property type, lifestyle and housing design which best fits their overall objectives.  Once we understand your objectives, it is our responsibility to compile the information and put together a team to insure that your goals are obtained.  In new construction or renovation of existing homes, this process typically involves coordinating efforts between you and the land planner, builder, architect, and governmental agencies as well as assisting with financing efforts and special sales contingencies if required.  We also work closely with local, state and national conservation groups and regulatory agencies to insure that the environmental aspects of each project are appropriately addressed.

I hope you find our working relationship to be both informative and enjoyable.  We feel very fortunate to represent an area that we believe provides the most value to its owners of any location in the Northeastern United States.  Thank you for your interest in the Great Bay area.
